Once your cats have agreed to have kits, both of the parents must come and fill out this form. Whoever fills it out first will just post it in its own thread (much like the application form) and then the other person will just reply to that thread with their form. Once both parents have posted* a staff member will get back to you with the kits stats, and when they'll be born.
*there are some exceptions to this, for example, if your cat was impregnated by a non-played character- though you must ask a staff member before this can happen.

[b]Preferences?[/b] Do you have any preferences about the kits? Do you want a certain number of kits? A certain color? A certain health defect?
